Typically they give you 30ish days to get the funds and in the time you might be able to find a new lender but every bank is different.Yes you'll still be able to claim the tax benefits as long as you qualify even if the property is in your LLC.

I’m currently looking at purchasing a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom Single Family as a first time home buyer.

Have not - probably should but unsure how to find them except setting my location to Melbourne, FL on Instagram 3.

@Danny Gonzalez any suggestions, or recommendations on how to find them?  

I am fine living in it for the first year or two and have a current roommate that will rent from me for as long as we live there, so I am not too worried about negative cash flow in the first year.

I checked her paystubs, and I can't find the company listed on it, other than one that has a slightly different spelling. 

You should have a lot of backup cash if things go south.
