Run.And if they are trying to dangle a low rate in exchange for that cost, that's a terrible strategy heading into what "experts" are all saying that rates will come down in the future.

Have a sales expert listen to your first sentence with the ears of your target.You are in a arena where you need to make 10000 calls where you speak to a live person to get good.
