Based on my experience, the better I plan it out, the less issues I faced in the field.

My main advice is: if you invest in preconstruction, focus only on the most reputable developers who have experience in your local market!

You will make more just renting it out to normal guest as that is what my experience is with my condo in PCB.

Hi Kyle,There are options out there for constructions loans for investment properties, although they typically require experience.

I think it's great that you have gotten that far and I am sure you have gained a lot of experience, but here is the bad news. 

Your experience with fix and flips is a valuable asset.
