@Matt Gigli I enjoyed reading David Greene's book BRRRR, and noted how he began to invest out of state by connecting with agents, investors and/or rehabbers in the market he wanted to enter.

We start issuing lease violations to them, and every time, they use each other as support and making false accusations against my parents that live on site saying they are doing illegal stuff like entering their unit while they are not there and somehow privacy issue of my parents spying/watching them in retaliation.

My point is that you may have to put your head down for a bit and grind to learn the skills you need to enter into real estate investing.

I did some digging on who owns that property and it appear that they entered into a contract in June with a roofing company to fix their roof.
