Ok I got it that's how I up load my data for my GPS box's from Jeppesson. it used to be we had this disk type thing we would have to plug into something on the computer then put it in that thing.. now it goes on a little thumb thing and is quite a bit faster.. not sure if that's it. but its a subscription.. thanks

I've used many different sources to get data, educational tools, etc. to learn about investing but I still have not made my first investment/home purchase. 

For myself I do not even view applicants as people, they are a collection of facts and data.

Zillow simply pulls the data from municipalities and publishes it on their site.

As far as a partner, I have not entertained it - however, I am exploring the possibility of private financing which will assist in substantial upgrades/repairs and account for initial vacancy. 

SSN's are generally not used anymore in public record data so it can be tough.
