My end-state is to start my own PM company to manage my own investments and other investors portfolios in my area.So now to my question(s):In regards to eXp Realy, do they have a non-compete or anything in their agent agreement that would prevent me from doing PM while attempting to work as an agent in the evenings/weekends?

I second Zach Quick on this one: consider what your life will be like driving 6 hours nearly every weekend for the first 30 days.

The group is supportive, with regular classes every week, and monthly seminars every weekend.

luckily I have friends and family and connections there, plus I'm handy and do it all so I'll come in for a long weekend and redo the roof for example. 

I planned on making some phone calls to get rehab quote ranges and find any numbers I’m missing to get the terminal value this weekend.

My targeted area is great for individuals seeking weekend getaway always up north, water sports, but also a huge ski town.
