Sometimes a Police inspection is required before first tow.A property where the tenants were abusing the fire lane parking, blocking other tenants in, I authorized all tenants who showed proof of residency to tow any cars in the red zone.

Based on what I've read so far, I'm starting to think most local authorities will not allow you to rent out both spaces.Can someone please help me find something definitive that describes the allowed uses for an in-law suite in Denver or the surrounding areas?

IE low value real estate markets... sometimes the property can revert to the city or county and then they can sell it as surplus.. but do check with the taxing authorities they are the only one's who can really answer these questions.
