Do you take pictures and document everything so that you have evidence to keep their Security Deposit?

Landlord under false pretense of abandonment you entered in and destroyed evidence of a crime that had been committed at the scene JUST to get rent?

I would not however get child protective services involved unless you have some evidence of abuse. 

You also could require that the tenant show evidence of some kind of gun-safety training.

A pardon based on new evidence that exonerates the convicted person is much better than a pardon for social / political / good behavior reasons. 

Finally, mid-April, this tenant moved out.And now it comes to dealing with the after-math of what she left behind.This is the basement area where her friends were hanging out:They left not only piles of "stuff" behind, but there was evidence that they were using drugs down there. 

THE WEIGHT OF THE EVIDENCE SHOWS THESE REASONS TAKEN TOGETHER CONSTITUTE AN UNDUE BURDEN, AND NO EVIDENCE HAS BEEN PRESENTED THAT SHOWS APPELLANT IS USING THESE REASONS AS A PRETEXT FOR A TRUE DISCRIMINATORY INTENT.

One of my best tenants owns a smoke shop :) It's in their lease that they can only smoke outside on the terrace (they're in FL) and any smells or evidence of smoking in the unit will forfeit their deposit.
