Plus you have to keep in mind that we are in a climate where interest rates are very likely to start trending downwards, maybe that's worth waiting a bit longer than you otherwise might to pay yourselves in dividends in the future.Surprising that only 20% of homes have a bathtub as I think of them as a necessity personally.

It amazes me how many times I see REI OK with a property that has negative CF (meaning the cost of that property keeps adding up, and profit never happens), or the payback period to cash recovery hovers close to 20-30 years...then they justify it by saying the property will appreciate over that time period, so that's OK.
