They are free, and as the others said, Google Voice is free, and there are free web hosts out there.

I do know some investors that try to buy things at assessed value assuming that 20-30% ratio holds true but without more information I associate that strategy more with gambling not so much investing. 

So the past couple days I have been surfing the web and MLSs trying to find land that would best fit him.

I built this because I'm currently looking for my first rental, and wanted a more efficient way to look for listings on the MLS.After building it and playing with it, I'm realizing that this tool is probably going to be useful to other real estate investors and agents as well so I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone would be interested in paying $10-20/month for access.Right now, it's just a simple google sheet that automatically updates every day, but if there's interest I could definitely build this out into a full web application.

I learned early on from reading blogs such as investfourmore.com that gambling on appreciation is just that, gambling.

We are thinking about partnering with a local SEO/web marketing company.  

Blindly investing in a new market or industry is a gamble; even if it's worked for others.
