If you're a newbie, I believe it is an absolute basic requirement.Not only will it help clear up some outstanding issues and provide a detailed step-by-step procedure, but also the speakers, Shirley Henderson in particular, offer some valuable tips I have yet to see in any book, YouTube video, etc., or anyone here on bigger pockets.For instance, they will go over the process of double closing, how is totally unnecessary and why only newbie wholesalers would consider it.

This is a long, regulatory question and issue as to why we do it this way, but in short, it doesn't cost millions to get SEC registered and it has allowed us, and many like us, to start our companies and offer these products online.Lending Club issues unsecured consumer loans (think credit card refis, car purchases, vacations, etc. -- anything you may need money for, up to $35K) and they have recently begun offering small business loans as well.

I even agreed to split the assignment fee 50% with him ($2,250 each), and told him that I would also go as far as making a professional video to get the property occupied and good to go within 30 days.After seeing he wouldn't get much cash up front, the seller said he "really needs to SELL IT so he can buy a new place in Dallas using the cash".I see PLENTY of potential here.
