There are lots of perks for sales positions, for example I have a company car with a gas card and an expense account to use for food etc during the week so these are huge expenses for most people that I don't have to worry about.

Or would this still hurt our appraisal it only sold for $66k and we would want our house to appraise for $100k based on other comps. if it was never listed, i assume there were no pictures available to show its condition. not sure if this would be a true valid comp in this case ( i could be wrong). if other comps are solid, then make sure to present those to the appraiser as well. 

@Ankur M.While there may be valid suspicion on in place rents getting below market, that also serves as a benefit in that commercial properties are called by cap rates on existing rent.
