I always volunteer to manage our clients purchases in person when they buy in the USVI :)But just like you can sell any where in the US and buy anywhere in the US - You can also sell any type of investment real estate and buy any other type of investment real estate. 

Not sure on legality or if Section 8 even allows these type of additional charges in their agreement, but my lease states no guest longer than 7 consecutive days or total of 14 days in any 12-month period without prior written consent of landlord.  

Our current rent is $2600 I want to offer to pay $3000 for as long as she wants 1-15 years and then pay $600k My main question is whether that type of structure of offer makes sense legally or technically or practically. 

I have worked with owners trying to sell or purchase multi-family properties and those types of agreements transfer with the property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This rate depends on how fast you're running the dialer, the type of data you're using, the number of times you have cycled the list, how many DNC's have been removed, etc...

Hello BP Community,As a person familiar with real estate investment, I am now trying out a new type of investment in travel.

But there could always be situations where a hold of less than or more than a year is needed so you can demonstrate your intent.Once you feel that you can demonstrate that intent you can then 1031 that property and you can exchange it into any other type of investment real estate. 

Either way the tenancy will continue to renew unless acted on to stop it and unfortunately (because of the name of the document) a Notice to Quit is the most effective way to make a periodic tenancy stop renewing.5.
