We hope that they have gotten tremendous pleasure (and value) from engaging in our forums, and we hope they understand that the quality of our forums is driven by our anti-sales platform. 

We have had very good luck with hubzu Auction.com and MLS.. relationship with top OREO brokers is key... and having the bullits to shoot helps tremendously.. you then get the rep of a true buyer not a time waster.. so deals just come to you..

My point…..the BP community has been a tremendous resource and I see the huge value in attending the conference and meeting people who are making it happen.

And we've had one.I've been tremendously lucky to find this crew, and I credit much of my success to them.

Fast forward four years, it has appreciated tremendously, we could live for free if we wanted to, and when we move out it will cash flow.

I just think that is too steep unless there is tremendous value. 

I have some close friends that I respect tremendously that use pre-paid legal for real estate and rave over it. 

If I apply those thoughts & concepts, then 1% of the Realtor population can offers tremendous value to your investment business.

And it wasn't easy as we were potentially leaving a tremendous amount of money "on the table" compared to what we could get on the traditional housing market.

Because of the tremendous growth at times the communication is more “mass” communication verse a personalized hand held approach.
