I have purchased and read various training programs (sean terry being one of them) and realized they are all spouting the same strategies with their own flare so i figure I'm ready to go..  

Yes, most agents can get the same data, but few can last more than a few weeks with all the numbers floating around or program a simple spreadsheet adequately to extract the golden nuggets.  

Personally it is frustrating that the animal does not have to be trained or proof that it is trained to deal with the disability given.

It is just like having an account with a conventional brokerage, except self-directed IRA custodians have the staff training and paperwork to document IRA investments in alternative assets such as real estate.

If you want to do residential sales I would suggest going with one of the big name brokerages as they will typically have pretty good training.
