Usually big-tickets items (roof, furnace, etc.) have really good rates within financing thru company that installed them.I also add extra personal touch items yearly, just before giving any rent increases

I can't touch them, but I know of a few houses that have been on the market for at least 6 months in Greenwood Village near Belleview and Dayton...but they go for $1.5m+.
