I have a lead in Houston, TX and while researching HCAD the Land Area states 0 SF and the total living area is 2,763 SF and will be a 4 bedroom 2.5 after remodel.

Since purchasing, I replaced the upstairs bathroom flooring (sagged due to a leaking flange on the toilet) with new vinyl floor.  

I appreciate it Christopher, it's actually my partner who owns the home remodeling business.

Wouldn't touch it with a 5 foot pole if any remodeling can't get me a rent above the 681 EUR treshhold.

We remodeled this house as if we were going to live here.

If you always take the cheapest route or remodel your units to simply match the market, you will have a harder time renting your unit.

Hello, just wondering if anyone has experience gutting and remodeling a 1976 double wide manufactured home.

If your tenant calls you about a leaky toilet or broken AC there's no reason you or  your handyman shouldn't be out there the following day trying to fix the problem. 

If the house is trashed and needs a full remodel the price better reflect it.

I do not check their passports either…they get paid per finished project. kitchen, bathroom etc. so far the system works out well.Gutted bathroom :Install durock, tiles around bath and on the floor, toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity, connect plumbing and paint = $800 labor for finished bathroom.
