You find yourself on your way home from work or the store thinking "let me just swing by there and see what they are doing".   

@Stephanie WalkesFlooring is a great way to change a room and the systems sold by stores like Home Depot have become extremely easy to install. 

It should be noted that there is nothing in the lease that states tenants are allowed to store any belongings in the shared space at all.Tenants are leaving their clothes in the shared washer/drier for days until they get moldy.

Make sure you store it on the web with a short URL so you can easily include links to it in emails and on direct mail pieces. 

I'd have to hire a company to do this as a don't have extra furniture sitting around or a place to store furniture should I try to do it myself.Thanks!

If you figure on something between 1-5% conversion rate for most stuff - store visitors to buyers, website visitors to customers, etc - you're actually getting a pretty good response. 5% of 230 is 11 or so.
