I am from PA and the next deal and several after that will be in Effort, Pa and Pike County, PA which is 1 hour or so from me and where my family is from.

Hello Everyone,I am very excited to be part of this forum now that my daughter and I are starting this new journey of investing our money in real estate.

I’ve been interested in real estate investing since I was a teenager.

I’m in a traditional career now and would love to scale up investing in some real estate over the next several years. 

As a result I know of no title company that will insure a CD, and the real estate attorneys I know won’t even draw up CD docs.  

Not only is she an amazing coach for real estate investors and a very good friend of mine, but she is also my conference buffer.If I don’t have someone to meet somewhere every morning, I may skip.

My examples just happen to be two items  that kill many of these conversions after the zoning permit is issued so best to verify what obstacles if any exist early on.

It’s awesome to see another active duty service member diving into real estate.

I am not hard to find if someone wants to work with me.As someone who has run an on-market real estate team with as many as fifty agents in the past, I can tell you that the problem is that real estate agents are lazy and unfocused and want the low-hanging fruit with limited work.
