I also think it may be a bit longer than a few weeks so I am curious to see how it all plays out.

I think the stock market is good if you know how to play it same as real estate but different asset classes.

If they ever consider playing hardball you've already lost the battle, so it's time to be flexible and generous and amicable, for your own sake as well as theirs.

Obviously, not helpful now that we are in it, but I think when things are going well the risks of C and D properties are played down. 

This is meant to articulate that over time, the market averages out and drives a solid return and for that reason, you need to have the ability to stay in the market after a large drop.This is where the benefit of diversifying, especially in real estate, comes into play.

Right now we are playing for keeps. 

I'm trying to predict how this will play out if we get past the amicable stage in an environment of this flu thingie.

I'd rather play it safe today, so I can invest tomorrow. 

If someone would of told me a month ago the stock market would be under $20,000 and Tom Brady would be playing for the Buccaneers I would of asked you where you got your meds so I can go get some as they must be some pretty strong stuff.
