May cost $150 but that's cheaper than another month's vacancy (pretty good response but one of the more expensive methods)-Yahoo Real Estate (I've had little success here)-Contact local university/grad school housing office and provide them your info-Put up flyers at your local coffee shops, library, grocery store and any other hangout.

Thanks for the responses, I will take a day and go shop around and see what I can find and who will give me the best deal.

Very close to shopping in Emeryville, easy access to the bay bridge, great weather, low prices....but, I wouldn't live there with my family no matter what.

They will also shop around and begin to understand the market rate...or they may already know.  

Dig deep, get them pre-qualified and take them out home shopping.

I graduate a month from now with a Bachelor's in Psychology from The University of Kentucky.I plan on completing an online MBA within the next two years from Northern Kentucky, and I'm considering a PhD afterwards.I'm currently working a part time position in a meat shop at Whole Foods market.

Unless your going to hire a GC, then your time will be better spent doing the leg work of keeping costs low, shopping the best values, making sure everyone is working and inspections are happening, etc.  

Obviously, I need to shop around a bit more if I end up going that route.

Will there be room at the coffee shop for all?
