Someone told me that the best way to build your credit is to make small payments on your credit card bill instead of fully paying it off.If that's true should I make small payments before the due date or monthly payments instead.I'm as new as it gets so please share your knowledge with me.

I hate wallpaper and agree with @Dawn Brenengen it really dates the property.However, since this is a rental, if there is no issue with any of the paper being loose or beginning to peel, I would have the painters paint over the wall paper.

@Ali Boone Hi Ali, moving to the valley area, not sure exactly yet but around encino, ive heard you cant really find rentals until about 30-45 days before move in date (Dec 1 move in) so i havent narrowed down a place yet.
