What big john said. igms works great for me I don't see how it would be possible to do any less work on my 5 soon to be 6 extremely high occupancy properties. 

At $30-50 per CLICK, the obvious investor keywords are extremely expensive.

Extremely unlikely to find acceptable tenants to live in those types of neighborhoods.

I am looking for referrals for good Ohio attorneys that have knowledge, experience and are extremely familiar with subject-to and wrap around loan deals, contract documents and closings with subject-to and wrap around loans.  

A comprehensive review if you will.While I got valuable information and knowledge while typing in literally hundreds of search queries and terms out on google related to global real estate markets, hotspots and real estate trends, I found that to be an extremely inefficient way to acquire expertise/knowledge because many search results repeat themselves over and over and that lacks focus.
