Agree that the weekends/holidays don't count toward the three days, but my philosophy is the sooner they get them, even with a longer deadline, the more time they have to work a solution and the more serious they take it.

Who knows how reliable they were before, but if they've gotten comfortable living rent free, my guess is you'll have some hurdles with them, and perhaps some demands for repairs.

I find the older properties to be a unique niche as it takes a decent amount of knowledge to develop solutions to some of the issues these older properties bring up.
