I was an aspiring investor and sort of fell into a sales role with a PM company (right time, right place kind of thing) after moving to Birmingham.

I chose number 2, and found 2 problems....ground wire fell off the shut off switch plus thermostat brokent.

They met the income requirement and I fell for their sad story to explain fluctuations in their credit scores.

She wrote 2 offers, both for homes that we ourselves found but that she could never get the deal on and the offers fell through. 

I compared them to an elliptical at the gym - I can only wonder how many people fell off those steps. 

Before I knew it they were taking advantage of my kindness and have started doing spiteful things like parking his truck under the basketball goal he told my son he could use so he can't play because i don't have 5,000.00 dollars to cut a couple pines that are completely healthy becausethe wind uprooted and fell on his pole barn it barely damaged i told him i would help pay for repairs intill they sent me a bill for almost 6,000 dolars and told me they fixed it cheap and it still didnt look as good as it did before.

Things fell through and we never got the joint venture going but I am on the look out for another individual who has an interest in MHs that could hustle and do the ground work and we would provide the cash to buy, rehab, and sell the homes. 

I am selling one full price, that fell out of escrow.  

With this direction of things, implementing, training up and than running with a simple SIMPLE 3 person team, it can have impact and fell as though it's an entire organization behind you.
