Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I've decided to become a private money lender for a fix and flip investor.

This could include techniques such as seller financing, lease options, partnerships, or private lending arrangements.

Is there any problems that I will run into with the lender, IRS etc?

I’m a local investor here with a lot of pre existing relationships with lenders, contractors, realtors, wholesalers, etc… if you have any questions give me a call

However, the lender that I utilize for that with my clients has not sourced funds from their account, so a personal loan or funding otherwise is still possible to bridge the gap.

That said, each individual lender will vary slightly in HOW they underwrite expenses for your DSCR, so it's very important to ask each potential lender about their process.

I'll add those areas to the watchlist.As a new immigrant, I am concerned about how quickly you can build your credit score to talk to lenders.
