They are pretty popular on 506 investors Group but I have never done business myself but they are on my syndicators list.

My time is valuable and that's why leveraging videos and webinars and FREE resources is great, but you'll never hit bigger numbers until you value your time and avoid the time vampires who don't take action and only complain about a lack of deals or money.  

The popular one that's being used here has no clause for the early termination of the lease.What is the standard policy if the tenant terminates the please before it ends?
