I have been reading and watching videos about the purchase agreement, but I do not know how to word good exit strategies.

I used that & some info i found on YouTube videos to make a list below.

I’ve been reading lots of books, listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos .

I was thinking the 2-4 units at first but then I watched some video that said consider 5 units.

after going through all their videos, resources and other benefits becomes hard to justify it.The best part is their annual ACRE meeting (in Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton as far as the West Coast) but you could attend as a non member.

I would most likely need video or photo proof of the dealing happening.

Than I watched YouTube videos and it all clicked for me.  

A lot of YouTube videos say yes but I’m still nervous.

From there, once you have "happy customers" you can do video testimonials with your investors to showcase real people who are happy with your work and ROI.
