The purpose of the trip is to get a better understanding of the area as my cousin who has lived there has been my constant source of information and of course part will be to experience all the great things I have heard about Nashville.I was planning on looking at the following areas: Donelson, Bellevue, Whites Creeks, Madison, Charlotte Park, and Antioch.

You can monitor them online, or even better do some mystery shopping.

Its a little big for me but its the type of loan I would do with private money but of course we would be more expensive and want an equity kicker.

With rates now my cashflow would be far far from what I'm getting in Dundalk, of course I would bank in appreciation.

However, you can find properties in the Yaupon section of Oak Island, on the second row, that are located outside of the Special Flood Hazard Area, which lessens your operating costs due to not having to pay for flood insurance (link to online map here).
