Note if you do send a payment to the wrong servicer it will get sent to the new servicer and there is a grace period during the transfer process

My lender explained because there are still going to be those ongoing expenses of maintenance, gas, wear and tear ok the car so it's not all income. 

Please guide me through the process.

Hi BiggerPockets Community,I'm actively working on structuring a few real estate deals and am in the process of revising my old funding packets for potential lenders, encompassing both conventional and private sources.

Especially the part about choosing a specific lane, I feel like that's the most pressured part of the process; so taking the time to figure that part out is key and will assist me towards taking those actionable steps that I need to take.  

Than there is ongoing public funding that happens.

The reason I say that is most concerning is because you don't know if that judgement will be for $1,000 or $100,000 or MORE as the litigation may be ongoing and remain ongoing for YEARS!

I think about it all the time and I love the analysis process.
