The properties are less than 30 years old, they build them and have maintained them well over the years.  

A house I recently renovated had through-the-wall units that were around 8-10 years old.

Now that woman is old and with disease if we aren't being careful, who knows if she would sue us for discrimination or making her condition worse.

To find it out they may have to go to the town and pull old records.

It assumes that no one is capable of thinking for themselves or acting in their own best interests, so it falls on others to look after them.Personally, I've never met one of these supposed little old ladies who are so easy to take advantage of.

But make sure it’s a deal that is a few years old.
