I am only bidding as an INVESTOR during the investor period.I have not placed any signs on the property or even on the street that it's on, just in the neighborhood and on the main roads.K.Marie Poe - I'm in the process of reviewing the contract, have not found anything yet but will let you know if I do.Like I said, I've done this twice before with no problems and I know others do it as well so I don't understand what's different this time.

I think it’s a great idea but I’m curious how it would go over politically.Many view flippers as bloodsuckers making money on the back of unfortunate owners who lost their home to the greedy Wall Street/Banking community.The fact that entire neighborhoods get redeveloped and blighted homes get remodeled seems irrelevant.
