I can never figure out how with the facilities, 5 million dollar coach and many of the 5 star kids EVERY year.

@Jon Klausbut everything is bigger in TX.My kid bought a house for $200 and wholesaled it for $4,500.

I was thinking of putting in a picnic area with park grills, and a fire pit, and a covered picnic table area, maybe a few gazebos that overlook the spring on the property, I noticed that some tenants have kids, maybe a little play ground.

They were college kids and it happened over Christmas break.

We fell for this one since it was a great property with tennis courts, sand volley ball, 3 laundry onsite, club house opening out to a 40ft x 60ft swimming pool, kids play area, a soccer field and a green belt.

Sitting in car for a couple of hours to see if there are problems - kids hanging out, loud noises (trains), whatever.

Parents buy properties all the time, espcially when there are two kids a couple years apart.

When I was a kid I would dive in the deep end and I found out how cold that water was, I then got older and always eased in first if I had the chance.

Perhaps they need help paying for the flight across country to move in with their kids?

Unfortunetly, the fannies played the role of "doting mother" and ended up spoiling the kids!
