So I go to see the house condition after 6 months of them living there and there are holes in the walls, the yard has never been mowed and the carpet looks like it was used as a plate in the dinning room (where there is no dinning table)....Still able to send a 10 day notice or just tell them to fix and I'll be back in 2 weeks to inspect without calling it a notice to comply?
