Reason being due to some miscommunication about my active duty status I have now essentially given myself a deadline to have a job offer lined up before the 30 days are out for proof of income for when my active duty orders end and I switch back to regular National Guard.

Like @Kevin K. says, your best bet is to determine the status of the property you end up purchasing, most in Hudson County are rent regulated unless owner occupied (under 3 units), 4 units and above are generally rent regulated regardless.

The main issue is that with people, unlike mutual funds, past performance IS a predictor of future performance.the problem is not that, the problem is a at much higher level , for these people, there's this thing called "extreme equality" where criminals, bank robbers, church goers , CEO and a grandma , should have equal status to everything.

You can call the trustee or attorney's office if you are doing a foreclosure status check.

After looking into it myself, I noticed the Secretary of State had the HOA company's status as Inactive for the last few years.
