Or is it just best to do the "cashout refi" and then shortly after try to refi again to a lower rate (if rate /cost makes sense)?

The trade offs are that the truck has an open, large bed and higher towing capacity but much lower MPG but the Hyundai Santa Fe I am looking at gets almost 30mpg and still has a good bit of cargo space with seats down and has a 5000 lbs. towing capacity.

Since we just finished a 2-bedroom apartment rehab in central Connecticut I figured I would post some pictures of the finished product as well as some details on the products we used for paint and flooring.This apartment is located in a lower B class neighborhood that will attract solid qualified tenants and the apartment rehab and the materials used reflects that.

To me it only makes sense if their bids are lower than the other contractors that already build in their margin to the quote.
