It's located in an industrial park and business is ok.  

The property is located in Lake Forest Park, WA.

I'll second what everyone is saying about STR and locations.

The farm is located in an area that has seen medium size planned neighborhood development activity within the last 5 years.

A great location. ~1600sq ft. has city water but also septic, as this was very rural until city grew up around this street.

Most local banks will quote you high 5% rates, with 5 years balloon and 20 years amortization (depending on the property age and location).Agency debt is more competitive but more often then not the loan balance need to be over $1million.

Unfortunately there is an income cap to that loan product which applies to the area that the property is located in.
