i think Tim did a great job,, internet nowadays is a much better way to advertise your business than a radio job,, technology for obvious reasons...people are spending more time surfing the net than listening to the radio,,,

I'm on a number of forums online (mostly Internet/marketing), but I like this one because it is investor centric.

The NOI, based on the forecast provided by the on-site management (extrapolated from previous years), is $220K, though this is after $60K in management overhead has been subtracted.

After about a month and a half of just checking out the sites while I was there I left for Fresno, California to meet with an investor who had some properties that he bird dogged out for a charge if I were to buy anything he found.
