States have different requirements but you could get paid to help someone do the work then once you have experience you could test to get a contractors license (seems to be a shortage of contractors).

I believe in Maryland you have to get the house tested and certified before renting it.

The test scores I think are substantially higher on average and home schoolers frequently win in competition far more than their represented capita.

Retail for sure is a less intensive asset to manage than the multifamily sector.

Also do a mold test once you are done so you can disclose any mold was taken care of.
