Welcome to the site Jeffrey.When looking at the Cleveland market I see a ton of investors get totally shocked by the bottom dollar prices you can find in some of the rougher neighborhoods of Cleveland.

I see they do purchases & refinances on their site.

We offer a van for use as well, but most owners see about 60%.Our returns are helped by an on-site 2nd unit which we rent full time to caretaker /landscaper. 

This site is choked full of relative real estate content and the best for networking too.

@Elizabeth Zaludek if the property is listed on an auction site or on the MLS then most likely you will get good title when you close on the deal.

I'm Bruce Gardner, brand new to the site, and brand new RE investor. 

I know i want to wholesale deals first so that i can get a different feel for it all cause the rehabing part i know i can do that hands down i mean remember ive been doing that for years right but should i get my llc ,web site, cread packets , business cards, phone number,ex.... first or just market to find homes for sale with out any type of credability or protection from the llc ?

And is it actually for sale at that price it in an auction site.....many of these services are inaccurate.
