If you go through the MLS what you see are a TON of homes with high prices that are not pending sale.  

I find that asking those questions (in bold), I get higher quality/deeper answers.

As far as outcomes... the goal would be to simply make quality connections with people and exchange some form of contact information with those quality connections.

I live in NC, I'm 41, my wife is a high W2 earner, and we don't plan on touching this money for 12-15 years.

That way, you have the tools to make sure that you are best capitalized for whatever market you choose to enter.

There actually was training - not upsell - at his Boot Camps then, so I can't speak for today, but I highly recommend getting hold of his materials, even if on eBay.

.)$500/month is a meaningless number without knowing what exactly is being offered and the quality of these services.

I'm doing all our projects in Columbus Ohio but just relocated to miami. we do multifamily and mixed use development and entitlements I'll shoot you a PM. even people in miami that I meet the numbers are tough unless you do a high density proposal and are very well capitalized.
