Since you’ve got last month Rent as a requirement, something is wrong with your qualification.It’s much better to think how to improve your financial resume to get FHA or nice house to rent.BTW, Rent is more expensive to get into than mortgage because you’re paying for freedom to move if you don’t like neighbor, house or location.
