Maybe the last few years.As far as single families, the contractors are charging insane amounts of $ because they can’t handle the work they have.I’m doing a renovation on my home in Tosa and it’s like buying my house a second time.Maybe others have a different opinion.

I have told the management company they will be reimbursing me for the fine by deducting their fees by the 50 and told them I need full communication on every matter as soon as something comes up.I don’t want to overreact by firing a company that I have just started working with (that has amazing reviews) and the rehab process has gone well until this matter.I also know how much of a pain this particular HOA can be.Any suggestions how to handle this issue?

Obviously, there's a couple sticky situations here that I, with no experience yet, have no clue how to handle. #1 - I don't know the real condition of the property.

Then rent a unit at one of those facilities, even for a couple of months, to see how they handle management, notices, etc.

One of my buildings had $4,000 in repairs before I bought it and I told the seller that they needed to handle it (fully expecting them to only do half and leave half for me).

And I guess while I'm at it: Are there tricks for reducing these fees?

B) She is still in the process of saving up, and on the off chance she doesn't save up enough by the time she decides to move out, how do i handle those funds?

. - Set up 2 contracting job appointments for a GC I know who pays referral fees.Where I fell short: (Unclog bottlenecks)- Did not tighten up the process of handling my lead verticals to flow automatically, in volume.

Let the seller know you would pay more, but the asbestos needs to be handled professionally. 

Any suggestions how to handle this issue?
