Hi @Seth Carlone-Hanson,Dublin is a nice town right outside of Peterborough which has some decent restaurants and strong RE values.

New Starbucks, Home Depots, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and higher-end restaurants tend to be indicative of a community where the median income is good and population is growing.

I don't think Walmart or restaurants are allowing more than two seconds between customers.

Ski cooper also continues to grow and leadville had quite a few new restaurants the last time we were there, interesting to see where the city will go from here. 

They also built up a business selling to restaurants.

You'll want to highlight things like vehicles per day, location in respect to retail center-points like targets, walmarts etc depending on the market.If you are listing it for sale and are asking how to underwrite the building and the restaurant operation as a purchase and or a deal then you really need to get access to a T-12 of building expenses, even a T-24 if you can, and then the lease for the current tenant. 

If you have restaurant experience, that might be a good option.If you like aviation, buy an FBO, flight school, aircraft dealership or air charter company.
