I am currently a full-time student, and I am interested in investing in real estate in the near future.

IMO, it indicates that you would have trouble during the project...

However, Tampa+Orlando are projected to lead the state in appreciation over the next decade so that's why I personally chose to put all my focus and even moved across country to invest in the Tampa Bay market. 

Now, I know I can keep a decent chunk as reserves and focus the other portion into future plans. 

I understand that VA loans are assumable, but I'm unsure how this affects the original borrower's ability to use their VA loan benefits in the future.
