A personal injury attorney may not have the time to devote to really learning a new field, it's not common sense much of the time.I'd also suggest you carve out a niche, what segment of the note market you want to be in and become an expert in that area, marketing, valuations, law, finance/banking as well as all aspects of RE play in the paper game.

When it comes to marketing, in my field and occupation I have meet, know, meet with, work with, and around the biggest and best persons and entities, and over and over again when it comes upon the marketing subject it is almost like a complication competition, each racing the other to the most structured, sazy, new fandangled idea that is a "sure hit".

These include things like contracts with the seller stipulating they will not contact their lender anymore after the deal (I don't think this contract puts a force field around their phone, though).

They have multiple basketball/volleyball courts, weight room, training facilities, indoor half football field and a sprint track.I like that but want to add a climbing wall, football fields, baseball/softball fields, studios for exercise classes, dojo's, track and field areas, outdoor running/walking track, biking track, health food store, therapists, etc.My thoughts are for me to build, manage, and market the facilities.
