That is to say, even if you live in Hicksville or Ballygobackwards it is possible to do great deals locally, it just takes a commitment and I'm specifically referring to continental USA which is a truly unique and wondrous property market.Not only this, but the more rural areas seem to deliver the more consistently profitable opportunities with much less competition whereas the trending and higher population centers are much more expensive with very competitive margins and therefore a higher risk.

I have a "very" simple screening tecneque*salary 3x rent with pay stubs*copy of drivers license for all over 18*background/credit check clean with no eviction (paid for by the tenant) other wise application process is free*security deposit due at lease signing*direct deposit*detailed 14 page lease, that I discuss in detailCalifornia is a VERY tenant friendly state, so it is very important that one screens.

Charge tenant, as additional rent, an initial amount of $0 and $0 per day thereafter per pet for each day Tenant violates the pet restrictions;  (3) Remove or cause to be removed any unauthorized pet and deliver it to appropriate local authorities by providing at least 24-hour written notice to Tenant of Landlord's intention to remove the unauthorized pet; and  (4).
