I should include my land value in that as well since it is part of the overall dream development project.  

Or buy a nice duplex with larger units that you can stay in for years.Personally, I don't see building a dream home as a wise step in the overall plan.

It is a dream BRRR situation in a good neighborhood, so I don’t want to let this slip away.

But also preparing help me focus on achieving my goals and dreams.

There’s many ways to do real estate and you don’t need a dream team or a core four Or even an agent lol none of that is something that gets you money in the bank ! 

After 4 years of undergrad, a masters degree, two years of studying for the MCAT while working full time, a ton of stress, tears, and sleepless nights, I found out last week my dream is coming true.

I was against the Arena at first - but have been sold - the one thing I was REALLY skeptical on about the arena is when they funded it with a temporary sales tax -- I NEVER in my wildest dreams believed the extra 1 cent sales tax would sunset like they promised -- I do recall that the county commission if I remember correctly did at the last minute try to keep the sales tax active but it didnt pass and they allowed it to sunset as it should have.   

I've never had a true dream to chase until now.

This has been a goal for a while and I've procrastinated, I have a dream of owning many rentals and retiring my 9to 5 very early, this will be a great step in the right direction for me!
