By the way, this is specific to your more hands=off goals, not necessarily geared for people wanting to do flips/rehabs or more complicated strategies, although, I have known people who to do that form a distant also.There's these new fangled inventions you may've heard of, the interwebs, email, phone, and even local map street views, etc.

Series are a great option--Higher upfront cost but cheaper to form a "new" series cell after for $50 or $75 (sorry I can't remember)Very easy to do on the Illinois Secretary of State website/paperwork online.

They have several divisions and dozens of realtors..Sunshine, I don't know anything about and while the other two companies responded to my emails with immediate phone calls, they emailed which isnt a terrible thing but I haven't been able to form a bond.Cape Shore is small maybe 8 employees.

There isn't anything wrong, technically, with double closings but for most attorney firms, form a transaction volume standpoint, these deals are rare.
