Download app to both devices, activate an account on the one to be used as camera, sign in on the monitoring device & you're done.There is also an app for the android but with so many of the kids iPhones floating around I haven't bothered to review it.

I don't know if a camera with a locator is considered 'sophisticated', but I would start with that (if I remember right, my local RR did not do camera locating).
